Infractions

The following will result in a request to reword the post:

• Naming an animal as "it"
  
• Naming a human as an "animal owner" rather than a guardian

The following will result in your post and/or topic being removed and you being warned:

• Copyright infringement
  
• Newbie attack
  
• Posting like a moderator or administrator
  
• Unacceptable spelling or grammar
  
• Inappropriate language
  
• Name calling
  
• Failure to reword a requested post within 7 days

The following will result in a week-long posting ban:

• Bad advice
  
• Insulting another member irrationally
  
• Flouncing
  
• Improper photo or video in post
  
• Improper link
  
• Three warnings within two months

The following will result in a lifelong email ban:

• Promoting animal cruelty or neglect
  
• Claiming you have hurt or killed an animal or plan to hurt or kill an animal
  
• Three or more week-long posting bans

The following will result in a lifelong IP address ban:

• Three lifelong email bans
